The 5th BOD meeting of the company was held on November 26, 2002 in Nanjing.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Tang Min announced the decision made by Sinopec on replacing one of our BOD members: Mr.Dai Houliang was appointed by Sinopec/YPC as the successor of Mr. Chen Zhilong with effect from November 26,2002. The meeting then made resolutions on the appointment of Senior Staffs, Company Staffing Plan, Budget for 2003, financing and insurance and IPS Final Capital Cost Estimate.
To upgrade the firefighting facilities of local fire brigade and promote its long-term effective cooperation with the company, the BOD agreed with the management's proposal on donating Nanjing Fire Brigade in kind.
All the BOD members were satisfied with the current status of IPS, which is progressing on the schedule, within the budget and with good records on quality and safety.
