The Company has opened a new E-learning platform to its employees. It is Harvard E-learning Program, provided by one of the parent companies for free. The platform offers many online courses developed by Harvard University. In total, 37 different topics, ranging from running an effective meeting or managing a project to more complex tasks such as negotiating or keeping a team on target. Through this platform, the employees can start any course at any time they want to develop themselves. The Company will also benefit from it in the long run.
