After a deliberate preparation, the dialogue on traffic safety of IPS project is held on Mar.25,2003, attended by the representative from Luhe District, Yangzi-Riparian Industrial Zone, YPC, traffic police and BASF-YPC Company Limited as well as some NPC and CCPCC representatives of local residents.
