On April 28, 2007, Mr. Li Changjiang, Director of the State General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ), inspected the Company's Integrated Petrochemical Site, accompanied by Mr. Luo Zhijun, Secretary of Communist Party of China (CPC) in Nanjing and member of Standing Committee of CPC in Jiangsu, Mr. Li Chengfeng, BOD Chairman of the Company, Dr. Blumenberg, President of the Company and Mr. You Houping, Vice President of the Company. On the Reception Center, Dr. Blumenberg gave the visitors a general introduction to the IPS Project and then Mr. Zhang Zhengping, Director of Maintenance Department, reported the management of special equipments in the Company. Later, Mr. Li Changjiang visited the Central Control Room of Basic Chemical Complex Plant and listened to the report on the operation of the plant.
The inspection was also joined by chief leaders from relevant offices in AQSIQ, relevant departments of Nanjing Municipal Government and Jiangsu Provincial Government.
