Initiated by the Central China TV Station (CCTV), mainstream media from major cities in China including Shanghai, Nanjing and Chengdu, have been involved in voting the Best Employer in China since September 2005. Jinling Evening Post is the sponsor for voting the Top Ten Best Employers in Nanjing Municipality. This is the first time that local residents in each city have voted for the Best Employer in their eyes by short messages and Internet. Three months later, the final result witnesses that BYC enjoys the most majority of support and occupies the first place. It is also the only chemical company on the entry list.

At the awarding ceremony, Mr. Marxen, HR director of the Company, delivers his speech, "People will make the difference. Company is only a word.
