The Fifth CSR Awarding Ceremony, organized by European Union Chamber of Commerce in China (EUCCC), was held on November 15 at InterContinental Nanjing, to promote the best CSR practices of enterprises of various industries and recognize the companies with outstanding CSR contributions.

BASF-YPC Company Limited (BYC), with our long-lasting efforts on environmental protection as well as the outstanding performance, won the Excellence Award in Sustainable Growth & Environment Protection, together with Nestle, Merke and Siemens. The award shows the recognition of the judging committee on BYC's high devotion and contribution in environmental protection, especially in the years when China keeps issuing strict regulation on environmental protection. It also enhances our good reputation on sustainable development. In addition, the TfS project of BYC won the shortlist award. This project well reflects BYC's intention to improve performance of the whole supply chain and our concept to realize mutual development with our suppliers.

The guests and representatives of the winning companies shared their insights and experience on CSR, so that the enterprises can get innovative ideas and better promote and exercise corporate responsibility in China.
