On September 24, 2006, Mr. Li Yizhong, Minister of the State Administration of Work Safety, inspected the Integrated Petrochemical Site, accompanied by Dr. Blumenberg, President of the Company, and other senior staff. At the Company's Emergency Response Center (ERC), Mr. Shao Xuehua, Director of EHS/Utilities Department, introduced the work on emergency response and showed the emergency response vehicle and related equipments to Mr. Li Yizhong. Then, Mr. Li Yizhong inspected Central Control Room of the Company's Ethylene Plant and then Power Plant.
