On March 17 2006, experts from Sinopec Group and Jiangsu Archive Bureau formed an archive acceptance team to check the archives of the Company's Integrated Petrochemical Site Project (IPS Project). After listening to the archive work report of the Company, the team inspected the archive workplace, checked facilities of archives management and examined archive samples selectively. Through serious discussion, the team agreed that the IPS Project's archives met the requirements on integrity, accuracy and systematization, were able to serve the production and operation, thus achieved the state acceptance.
