On June 16, 2017, the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) carried out the on-site verification on Schedule 3 chemical, Tri-ethanol-amine (TEOA) at BASF-YPC Company Limited (BYC). Accompanied by the state representatives as well as the relevant people from Nanjing and Jiangsu authorities, the OPCW inspectors listened to introduction of BYC before executing a thorough verification on the records during our production.
The Signing Ceremony of Preliminary Finding by OPCW Inspection was held on June 22. The inspector announced that the production activities of TEOA in BYC were consistent with the information provided. No violation of the Convention was detected.
