Being approved by Jiangsu Provincial Government recently, the company's jetties have been officially open to foreign vessels. This is the first officially approved international open jetty in Nanjing by the provincial government since 1986.
The jetties, located at the estuary of Huangchang River and downstream of the Jetty No.16 of Yangzi Petrochemical Corporation, comprise one for working boats and three newly built ones for petrochemical liquid goods. The latter will be main channel of the materials and products going in and out of the company and among the key facilities guaranteeing the company's normal production and operation. After being checked and accepted by Jiangsu Port Authority and approved by Jiangsu Provincial Government, the Jetties No.1, No.2 and No. 3 have been opened since late 2004.
