On January 1st 2005, 350 employees of the company participated in the Nanjing 23rd New Year's Long-distance Running. The running was among series of activities aiming at propagandizing and welcoming the forthcoming 10th National Sports Game in Nanjing and about 10,000 citizens joined in the running. It started at 9:00 a.m. and the total distance was 6.8Km. Though it was icy cold outside, led by the company's President, Dr. Bernd Blumenberg, the company's phalanx ran all the way to the destination with great passion and was honored the "Best Organized Team Award" by the Long-distance Running Organizing Committee.
