On June 5, 2009, the Company was awarded "2008 Green Level of Enterprise Environmental Performance" by Nanjing Environmental Protection Bureau. Green is the top level of enterprise environmental performance. When government environmental authorities evaluate enterprise environmental performance each year, the following aspects of enterprise environmental information are taken into account according to state evaluation standards, namely, pollutant emission, environmental management, environmental community performance, environmental legal behavior and public opinions, etc. The evaluation results are classified into five levels, which are Very Good, Good, General, Bad and Very Bad, and correspondingly marked as Green, Blue, Yellow, Red and Black. The evaluation results are published regularly on public website and medias by government environmental protection authorities. Due to consistent excellent environmental protection management performance, the Company won the laurel among 1296 enterprises evaluated for the year of 2008.
