On the afternoon of October 30, the first trail of bulk transportation in China was carried through at LDPE logistic site in the Company. Colleagues from supply chain, distribution, logistics, marketing, sales and also Interbulk, the service provider witnessed the process on the spot.

The whole trial process went off smoothly thanks to the careful and thorough preparation work beforehand. The loading time and the volume were in compliance with the set objectives.

In the next morning, the products were delivered smoothly to Sealed Air in Shanghai, one of LDPE customers. So far the trial proved a success.

Up to now in the domestic market, the plastic pellets are generally packaged by 25kg bag with manual loading and unloading. Therefore some accidents like broken bags, getting wet or lost are unavoidable, sometimes even safety incident. While in the developed countries, the bulk transportation for plastic pellets has accounted for over 60%. It is the developing trend for the domestic plastic industry due to its advantages of efficiency improving, cost decreasing and quality guarantee.
