Nanjing, China - June 3, 2015 - The Company has successfully restarted its steam cracker after the maintenance turnaround in April and May 2015. The existing downstream plants have also been brought back on stream step by step.
During this turnaround, the capacity expansion of the existing Ethylene Oxide (EO) plant was completed successfully. The tie-ins for the previously announced new Neopentylglycol (NPG) plant were implemented and it is scheduled to start up in Q4 2015 as planned.
